In the lovely rural village of Sutton, just one mile from Stalham, this select development of six cottages has been created to offer high quality accommodation in the delightful relaxing setting of the Broads.
Each spacious, well appointed cottage has its own entrance, a large hallway with bedrooms leading off and a patio off the main bedroom, bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and wash basin. Wanderer has an en-suite bathroom and Enterprise has an additional en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, the large open plan area has a fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, dining area and lounge, with TV and video, opening on to a south facing sun terrace for al fresco dining, looking out over the tranquil marshland to the rear.
Bed linen, heating and private parking provided for this all year round accommodation.
One small pet is welcome in Wanderer and Merlin, but owners must provide a bed and not allow the pet on the furniture!
Wanderer: One double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom
Wayfarer and Merlin: One double bedroom and one twin-bedded room
Heron and Kingfisher: One double bedroom and one twin-bedded room, plus a double sofa bed in the living area
Enterprise: One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin-bedded rooms
Explore the byways to Hickling Nature Reserve, or the North Norfolk coast with sandy beaches all within easy driving distance.
Good road access to the Historic Cathedral City of Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Cromer, the North Norfolk coast, & Sandringham with close rail & air links via Norwich Airport.

WANDERER’S one bedroom cottage includes a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom
MASTER BEDROOMS includes double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, clock-radio, hairdryer, colour TV and built in wardrobe with safe. Twin bedrooms have two single beds which may be pushed together, bedside lamp and full size built in wardrobe.
THE SPACIOUS KITCHEN layout which alters slightly in each cottage come well equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, full size electric cooker, toaster and electric kettle.
LOUNGE layout includes two or three seater settees, colour TV and video, coffee table and doors leading to a first floor balcony with views looking over the Norfolk country side.
COTTAGES also have a fully fitted bathroom and over head shower, please bring your own towels, bedlinen and tea towels included.
